Cabins, cabins, cabins!

HEY, FAM!
Thanks again for bearing with us and being patient as we continue to get the DEETS in order. One of our core volunteers was busy time traveling, so that should explain all of the glitches in the matrix you’ve been experiencing. Fortunately they are back in this dimension and we haven’t been consumed by the butterfly effect… yet.

Okie dokie artichokie, here’s what you’ll find in this newsletter.

  1. Cabins, cabins, cabins!

Cabins, cabins, cabins!

As you shake the dust off of your tent, your clothes and… well, pretty much everything else, you should know that we here at Burnt Oranges have a real luxury provided to us for Afterburn 2022: cabins! Folks who took advantage of this luxe option at PreHeat 2022 will tell you that they’re awesome. To that end:Applications are now open! You may apply for a cabin here, starting at 6pm tonight. The last day to apply for a cabin is Sunday, October 16, 2022.

Applications are first-come, first-serve, and will be processed in order of receipt. Also, an application is not a guarantee of reservation. If your request is approved, you will be assigned a cabin and will receive a PayPal invoice from  for the required deposit. Cabin deposits ($100) are due within 48 hours of invoicing. Applicants who fail to pay the deposit by their deadline may lose their reservation. Once your deposit is received, watch for an email from Ticket Tailor with your cabin ticket.

The last day to remit full payment for your cabin is Friday, October 21, 2022. Those who fail to pay for their cabin by this date may lose their reservation but will forfeit the deposit — so please plan accordingly. Applications will be reviewed beginning October 1. We will contact you directly if we have questions.

Thanks for reading… and for making art, supporting art, and being a part of our community! Feel free to send me any updates.

How ’bout that?
