- Applications will be accepted starting on Friday, July 7th through Friday, September 29th, 2023
- Ticket Assistance decisions will be emailed by Friday, September 15th, 2023
- Issued Ticket Assistance tickets must be paid for no later than Friday, October 13, 2023
- Ice pogs will only be sold onsite for $5.00 (apx. 10lb bags). There WILL NO pre-sales.
- Vehicle passes. Unless you are walking, riding your bike, or carpooling to AfterBurn, you MUST have a vehicle pass. (A vehicle pass covers a small utility trailer or uhaul trailer.)
- RV passes. For any RV, buses, vans, campers including the tow vehicle and car camping.

- Cabin security deposit is due . when you submit your application.
- Last day to reserve a cabin is Friday, August 4th, 2023.
- Last day to pay Cabin fee is Friday, September 1st, 2023.
- Cabin Request Application: will be available on Friday, July 7th
- ART APPS Event Art Grants and Burnable Art Grants.
- Burnable Art Applications for Effigy and Temple will open starting on Friday, June 2nd – Friday, July 29th, 2023. Go to Art – Burnable Art page

- 7/7/23: Registration opens for priority placement.
- 9/29/23: Registration closes for priority placement.
- 10/13/23: First draft of map published to website.
- 10/20/23: Registration closes.
- 10/20/23: Deadline to request changes to camp size or location.
- 10/24/23: Deadline to remove/cancel registration. (We know things happen, so let us know if you can’t make it. “No shows” aren’t cool.)
- 10/27/23 Final map published to website.
- VOLUNTEER SHIFTS will open starting on Friday, July 7th.

- Last day for online sign-ups will be on Friday, October 16th, 2023.
